- Make a list of three (or more) things that you would love to do and start imagining how you can make these things a reality. Let your imagination play!
- Read a fairy tale or mythical story that you enjoyed as a child or young person.

A ritual can be as simple as lighting a candle or burning your favourite incense first thing each morning and setting your intention for the day.
