“The book Eighth Ray Magic – The Magic of the Goddess – The Magic of Co-Creation has very literally empowered me to make my dreams come true. For a long time, I have wanted to bring the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® created by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber into Scotland. I began to have waking dreams where I would find myself walking through the streets of Edinburgh, knowing that I had to reach the majestic and magical volcanic area of Arthur’s Seat. I tried to reach Edinburgh by applying for PhD research, was successful but not in the funding. I designed crowdfunding campaigns but did not reach my goal. Through working with the Eighth Ray rituals described in the book, out of the celestial blue, funding was miraculously amplified through a dear friend and her dog.
Yesterday I walked barefoot on the Rose Line which passes through the central lowlands of Arthur’s Seat – my feet in the red earth and emerald waterways, working with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®. I am now continuing working with the Eighth Ray rituals at the Shore in Leith – where the Waters of Leith meet the ocean. My heart is full of joy to be here with the help of the Eighth Ray Magic and sacred Eighth Ray rituals.
Moving between locations, I had a strong sense of being protected as I navigated through difficult areas with very dense energies, especially around former plague burial sites. From my work with the Eighth Ray rituals at Arthur’s Seat, I knew that I also had to enter the Kingdom of Fife but had no idea how this would happen. On the brink of having to leave Scotland, I was gifted a week in a beautiful cottage in the medieval village of Culross, on the Fife Pilgrimage route.
As I worked with the Eighth Ray Magic to purpose good in Culross, sending out the energy with the owls hooting pre-dawn, I was aware that Edinburgh University researchers had just released a map detailing the persecution and deaths of many thousands of healers, herbalists and wise women in 17th century witch hunts. To work with the Eighth Ray Isis-Urania Ritual in this place, where thousands had been accused and imprisoned in the Town Hall felt a powerful way to assist in creating a path of return for the feminine. As I worked daily with the Eighth Ray practice, the Lockit Well, dressed with flowers and with an image of a 19th century woman collecting water, developed streams of condensation which directly poured into her bucket, which reminded me of the potency of restoring sacred waters in the Age of Cherishing Waters.
My favourite Eighth Ray Ritual is the Eighth Ray Ritual of the Five-Fold Fire. Throughout all my moves and in being in other people’s houses and spaces with very different matrixes, the Eighth Ray Ritual of the Five-Fold Fire has enabled me to create sacred space for ritual and to make sure that my elemental nature is equilibrated and balanced. It has brought joy, relief and divinity into my life. I have worked daily with the Eighth Ray Ritual of the Five-Fold Fire for 9 months and in the beginning, I was aware of the beauty and lyrical poetry of the words. Moving deeper into the practice, I am now aware of how profound it is to actually hold nobility, peace, the divine child and the world within us – and the responsibility to keep this clear as it mirrors the outer world.
